The Worldwide Plaza just past midnight tonight:

They’re taking part in the annual Lights Out New York program from the NYC Audubon, which sees a number of buildings – including the Chrysler Building, Rockefeller Center, the Time Warner Center, and of course the Worldwide Plaza – powering off their roof lighting between midnight and dawn during September to help migratory birds.
During the Tribute in Light earlier this month, a large number of migratory birds were attracted to the lights, being pulled off their migration paths by the searchlights. This project tries to help stop the same thing happening from the various tall, bright buildings across the city.
Find out more about the project on their site.
