Catching up on more of the latest changes around the place, the long-​awaited Alquimia bistro/​bar has opened on 9^th Ave between 38^th & 39^th:

Despite the small street-​frontage, it’s actually a pretty big space inside. Of course you’ve got your full bar:

Then there’s even a dining room in the back, and a VIP lounge.

Can’t find a website, so here they are on Yelp. Happy “hour” is from 4-​8pm, so stop on by to try out the new place. The menu looks pretty reasonably priced, so it should do quite well.
