Catching up a bit, there’s plans for a 210-unit affordable housing development on W 52nd between 10th & 11th, just around the corner from DeWitt Clinton Park It would be an interesting contrast to the luxury Mercedes House directly across the road, even though the design mimics its future neighbor’s “stepped” appearance.
