Port Authority Newsstand Lease Renewal Approved with Wage Requirement (Commercial Observer)
The Port Authority renewed a big group of commercial spaces throughout the bus terminal, but added on the new requirement that employees in those spaces are paid a “living wage” of at least $10.10/hour. Good to hear.
