A bit of sidewalk restoration going on around 53rd & 9th today:
Great weather for the Hell’s Kitchen Flea Markets today, which coincidentally were named in the “top 5 flea markets in the world” by the Huffington Post recently.
Driving around outside the bus terminal:
Despite today’s terrible weather (tornado watch?), the sunset this evening was spectacular:
A quiet end to the weekend, at the Gutenberg Playground this afternoon:
Outside Bello at 56th & 9th today. Italian restaurant…Rolls Royce…very Mafia-esque vibe.
Outside the gutted Bar Nine. I’m sure it’s legit.
The Times Square Alliance out along 8th Ave this morning:
Hard to miss these hot-pink banners being put up around the area:

Find out more about the project on their site.
“Hanging out” along 9th Ave this morning:
Up around 53rd & 9th today. Not sure how real the problem is.
