Way back in June of this year, we spotted plans for a new hotel coming to W 35^th St. The InterContinental Group’s new brand EVEN Hotels are opening the second location of their chain here, because as we know there’s a desperate need for more hotels in the area… Anyway, thanks to the new-​ish law making posting them mandatory, here’s the rendering:

To recap the previous post, the new hotel will be 25 stories tall, and was scheduled to open around mid-​2015. You just know the “around the corner from Times Square!” ads are being written already.
